She has helped us sell two homes and buy two homes. None of those transactions were straightforward or easy. But she never gave up on us even when the situation didn’t look good at times. Katie has bent over backward at times on our behalf and has supported us through some personal difficulties, defying what a client can reasonably expect from an agent. Not only has she become the only agent we would ever use, but she is also a friend of the family.

Katie helped us back in 2016 finding us our first home! We had so many questions and Katie answered them all! And then there’s buying, which is completely crazy in this market. Well, when we found the house we wanted, Katie did everything to make sure we got it – even though there were a dozen other offers. The last house we purchased was from a couple getting a messy divorce. Katie was able to navigate the situation in a manner that allowed us to get the home at a great discount as well as with the necessary closing costs covered to make our side of the transaction very smooth. I would definitely trust Katie & her team for future transactions. I tell people that you need someone like Katie who is super knowledgeable & savvy, but who also has the ability to be a bulldog if needed.

When you can say to your spouse “Are we Katie’s only clients? She responds to us immediately and is there day or night” (true conversation) you know you have a good realtor!!! We used Katie to buy our condo and later, when my husband decided he didn’t like condo life, she helped us sell and buy our current home. I have no idea how people can use companies like Homie to buy or sell. You will never get a Katie to oversee the details the average person will miss. This sweet lady is worth every bit her weigh in gold!!! She is professional and knows her stuff.

Katie listened to us on what we wanted in selling our house, then did her research and together we came up with a selling price. Our house was on the market for 3 days before multiple offers came in and then went under contract and sold. Katie was amazing at communicating with us and the buyers the entire time and everything went so smoothly to closing. Katie has been so diligent in helping us find a new house. She has been in constant contact with us. She answers our text and phone calls almost immediately. She communicates with the sellers agent when we are interested in a house to find out any information we want to know and then gets back to us as soon as she knows the information. Katie is working hard to help us find our next home and I can’t say enough good things about her and her work ethic. You cannot go wrong using her as your agent!

She checked in with us daily and was so willing to look at houses when they came up no matter how last minute it was. She was so patient with us in making sure we found everything we wanted in the house we bought. She did an amazing job negotiating for us and making sure we got the best deal possible. We actually ended up getting one of the first houses we fell in love with months later when it showed back up on the market after getting beat out the first time around. She made sure we got it the second time! We seriously felt like family working with her.

She really loves her job and wants to find you your dream home. We had some obstacles with selling our house. She continued to find solutions that would work for us and she would be comfortable with offering. She will never push you to purchase something she doesn’t think is a good option for you. She takes so much time to understand what you’re wants and needs are. I will always refer Katie to my friends and family because of her expertise in real estate and her work ethic.
